| In case you are wondering why I chose "Dearheart Designs" as the name of my business, it is because my grandfather called me "dearheart" while I was growing up. I was extremely close to him and it is my way I guess of honoring him. Coincidetally, he was in the jewelry business as well. He also had a side business of making dollhouses. I saw how he treated his customers and he would talk with me at length of the importance of customer service and taking care of people's needs. I definitely want my customers to feel like they have been taken care of and received a wonderful product.
