What if my order is missing or arrives damaged?
If your order is missing, damaged, or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of the tracking status showing "Delivered."
This allows us to work with the shipping carrier and investigate the issue while the claim is still eligible.
Unfortunately, requests submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date are not eligible for replacement or refund, as shipping carriers no longer allow us to file claims after that time.

What is your jewelry made of?

How should I wash my pigment dyed apparel?
To preserve the color and keep your tee looking its best, wash inside out in cold water with like colors. Pigment-dyed garments may release excess dye during the first few washes, so do not wash with whites or lighter-colored garments, as the color may bleed.
Machine wash cold, inside out. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
A little fading is normal! Pigment-dyed tees are designed to develop a soft, lived-in look over time, making each piece uniquely yours.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Gold Filled Jewelry
Gold-filled jewelry is durable and can be worn in the shower; however, we recommend minimizing exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and other chemicals to help keep your jewelry looking its best. A jewelry polishing cloth can help maintain its shine.
Gold Plated Jewelry
Our gold-plated jewelry is tarnish-resistant but should not be worn in the shower, pool, or hot tub. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals to help preserve the plating and extend the life of your jewelry.

I love my “Count It All Joy Tee for many reasons! I’m a 38-year heart and diabetes survivor and my health journey was quite challenging. My heart issue was misdiagnosed for two decades and while seeking answers, I lost 3 family members to diabetic-related heart issues. I feared that I would succumb to the same fate. But God told me that my journey had a purpose and I began to embrace my purpose by advocating for others! After receiving two medical devices that extended my life (a pacemaker and an insulin pump), I made a choice to live life to the fullest and “count it all JOY” I created an LLC “SHE SPEAKS FROM A JOYFUL HEART” and I’ve written a book of Inspirational Poetry and Prayer! If you have issues with stained shirts from this company, be aware that they are unlikely to take any action to address the problem or make improvements. I was initially excited to order from them, but I felt very disappointed by their lack of response. A simple act of kindness and consideration could have made a significant difference. Instead, it seems that this company is primarily focused on making money, rather than prioritizing their customers or upholding ethical standards in their business practices.
It's important for everyone to recognize the communication gap regarding your products that clearly stain clothes. I recently received this item and was genuinely excited to wear it and continue my purchases from your company. However, I've encountered an issue that seems to affect many of your colored t-shirts, which leaves stains on clothes. This needs to be addressed.

I don’t recommend this shirt. This color can be sensitive to heat if not done quite right, and it shows up after washing. Unfortunately mine looks like this now. I contacted them and they just offered 50% off if I wanted to purchase the shirt again. So I’d stay away from this one for sure.
