Standard Shipping is sent via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrives within 5–10 business days after shipment.
Priority Shipping is sent via UPS Ground and typically arrives within 3–6 business days after shipment.
Please note that shipping timeframes begin once your order has shipped and do not include processing time.
All shipping timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances are outside of our control.
Hawaii Shipping Notice
For orders shipping to Hawaii, we highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout if you need your order sooner.
While Standard Shipping is available, these packages may travel by ship and can occasionally take up to 3–4 weeks to arrive. Delivery times to Hawaii can vary significantly depending on carrier routing and seasonal volume.
Priority Shipping is the best option for faster and more reliable delivery to Hawaii.

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
Unfortunately, free shipping is not available on international orders.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Dear Heart Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Great product
I love my “Count It All Joy Tee for many reasons! I’m a 38-year heart and diabetes survivor and my health journey was quite challenging. My heart issue was misdiagnosed for two decades and while seeking answers, I lost 3 family members to diabetic-related heart issues. I feared that I would succumb to the same fate. But God told me that my journey had a purpose and I began to embrace my purpose by advocating for others! After receiving two medical devices that extended my life (a pacemaker and an insulin pump), I made a choice to live life to the fullest and “count it all JOY” I created an LLC “SHE SPEAKS FROM A JOYFUL HEART” and I’ve written a book of Inspirational Poetry and Prayer! Great shirt...love the message
If you have issues with stained shirts from this company, be aware that they are unlikely to take any action to address the problem or make improvements. I was initially excited to order from them, but I felt very disappointed by their lack of response. A simple act of kindness and consideration could have made a significant difference. Instead, it seems that this company is primarily focused on making money, rather than prioritizing their customers or upholding ethical standards in their business practices.
It's important for everyone to recognize the communication gap regarding your products that clearly stain clothes. I recently received this item and was genuinely excited to wear it and continue my purchases from your company. However, I've encountered an issue that seems to affect many of your colored t-shirts, which leaves stains on clothes. This needs to be addressed.
I had a filter on in the photo but the shirt is so cute and super comfy! I will definitely buy from y'all again! ♥️

The •Count It All Joy• shirt is my first Dear Heart order. And this tee is 👌🏼 Perfect. Such a gorgeous t-shirt. The color is so pretty. The comfort color tees are great quality and will last. The message on the back is what it’s all about! The person walking behind gets a great reminder, that in everything, we can count it all joy. In the laughing and in the weeping. In the evening and in the morning. There’s NOTHING like Joy that comes from the Lord! Beautiful job, Dear Heart!

It is unique to find a product that highlights rest. I bought 3, one for myself and two sisters. To rest is to trust that God has it under control.
This tshirt is not only comfy & cute, but it is also perfect. From teaching to being a wife, parent, & a new grandparent, the phrase on this tshirt, “Remember Your/My Why” is a wonderful reminder to what and why I do the things I do. It sparked many great conversations when I wore it for the first time too. 💗 I hope to see it come out in a sweatshirt too.

I don’t recommend this shirt. This color can be sensitive to heat if not done quite right, and it shows up after washing. Unfortunately mine looks like this now. I contacted them and they just offered 50% off if I wanted to purchase the shirt again. So I’d stay away from this one for sure.

These necklaces are beautiful! Comfortable to wear and definitely well made! The shirt is a nice thickness, it’s a quality shirt. It’s not see through. The letters are crisp and clear, they will not be flaking off. Also the customer service is amazing. I had a small issue with a shirt in my order and communication was quick and the problem was fixed immediately. Would shop again!
