Shipping Information
Standard Shipping is sent via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrives within 5–10 business days after shipment.
Priority Shipping is sent via UPS Ground and typically arrives within 3–6 business days after shipment.
Please note that shipping timeframes begin once your order has shipped and do not include processing time.
All shipping timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances are outside of our control.
Hawaii Shipping Notice
For orders shipping to Hawaii, we highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout if you need your order sooner.
While Standard Shipping is available, these packages may travel by ship and can occasionally take up to 3–4 weeks to arrive. Delivery times to Hawaii can vary significantly depending on carrier routing and seasonal volume.
Priority Shipping is the best option for faster and more reliable delivery to Hawaii.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
Unfortunately, free shipping is not available on international orders.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally.
International customers may select available shipping options at checkout. Please note that delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
Rush Shipping

Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During sales, launches, and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Dear Heart Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing after being marked as delivered, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate your package.
