Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We'd be happy to help!

Please include a note with:

  • Your name

  • The item you'd like in exchange

  • A valid email address where we can send an invoice for the $6 exchange shipping fee

Once we receive your exchange, we'll send an invoice for the shipping fee and ship your new item as soon as possible.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@dearheartdesigns.com and we'll gladly make it right.


Jewelry Chain Replacement

We offer a 60-day jewelry chain replacement.

If your jewelry chain breaks within 60 days of purchase due to normal wear, please email hello@dearheartdesigns.com and we'll send a replacement.

This policy does not cover lost items, theft, or accidental damage.
